Home Design Center thoroughly checks each of our network contractors’ work by interviewing their previous and current clients, and selects the best feedback based on the projects done in their homes so that we at the Home Design Center can be confident of the contractors to recommend to you.

Our quality assurance check includes the following:

• License and insurance coverage must be current
• Rating with the Better Business Bureau must be AAA
• Personal interview with at least 10 previous clients
• Financial Statements
• Monitoring and customer satisfaction surveys
• Homeowner follow-ups for ongoing projects
• Must be in business for more than 10 years
